    1. Posture both hands in the “9” handshape in front of the chest, palms facing forward, the thumb and index finger of each hand touching the thumb and index finger of the other hand.
    2. Hold both hands still briefly.
    3. Move each hand in a horizontal circle which twisting the wrist.
    4. Posture both hands in the “9” handshape in front of the chest, palms facing back, the little finger of each hand touching the little finger of the other hand.
    5. Hold both hands still briefly.
